• Accuracy of Information

  I confirm that all information and documents provided by me in this application are true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I undertake to promptly notify PU Prime of any changes to my personal, financial, or account-related information.

• Acting on Own Behalf

  I confirm that I am acting in my own name, as specified in this application, and not on behalf of any third party or undisclosed principal in respect of this client relationship. Accordingly, I declare that all funds deposited and traded on my PU Prime account are my own funds and are not derived from or intended for any third party.

• Appropriateness of Deposit

  I confirm that the intended deposit amount selected by me has been determined after considering my overall financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance, and that it is appropriate and responsible under my current financial circumstances.

• Understanding of Trading Risks

  I understand that trading leveraged derivatives and other margin-based financial instruments involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. CFDs are complex, leveraged financial instruments, and the use of leverage can work both in my favour and against me.
